Mist Map is an offline personal route map for walking and cycling. This app is designed to let users record, import, export, and manage their own route data locally.
1. Information We Access
- Location data: the app requests access to your device location so it can record your walking or cycling route.
- GPX files you choose: if you import or export GPX files, the app accesses only the files you explicitly select.
2. How the Information Is Used
- To record your route while you are moving.
- To display your historical explored paths on the map.
- To import GPX files into your local history.
- To export your route history as GPX files.
3. Data Storage
Route history, imported GPX data, and exported GPX files are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them using system features such as AirDrop or the iOS share sheet.
4. Data Sharing
Mist Map does not require an account and does not upload your route history to a developer-operated server.
Your data is shared only when you intentionally export or share a GPX file yourself.
5. Tracking and Advertising
Mist Map does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
6. Permissions
The app may request foreground and background location access so route recording can continue correctly while the app is in use or recording in the background.
7. Your Choices
- You can stop route recording at any time inside the app.
- You can delete route history inside the app.
- You can revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings.

迷雾地图不使用第三方广告 SDK，也不会跨应用或跨网站跟踪你的行为。
6. 权限说明
为了保证路线记录功能正常运行，应用可能会请求前台定位权限和后台定位权限，以便在应用使用中或后台记录时持续记录路线。
7. 你的选择权
- 你可以随时在应用内停止路线记录。
- 你可以在应用内删除历史路线数据。
- 你可以随时在 iOS 设置中撤销定位权限。
